This guide will show you how to easily remove them and get your product looking perfect.


















 

1. Why Did This Happen? Understanding "Travel Marks"

Long-distance shipping is tough on packaging. These minor surface marks can come from:

• Packaging Friction: Cardboard boxes can sometimes leave slight paper dust or marks when they rub against the surface during transit.

• Humidity Changes: Small temperature shifts inside containers can cause minimal condensation, which might leave a faint water mark.

• Handling: Boxes can pick up dust or grime from other items during logistics handling.

The good news? These marks are almost always superficial and easy to clean.


















 

2. Langko's Pro Cleaning Steps: Quick, Safe & Effective

• Always test any cleaning solution on a small, inconspicuous area first.

• Always use a soft cloth or sponge. Avoid abrasive brushes or pads.

• We recommend cleaning while the product is inflated for best results.

STEP 1: Dry Dusting.
Gently wipe the affected area with a dry, soft microfiber cloth to remove any loose dirt or dust.

STEP 2: The Simple Soap Wash (Works 90% of the time!).

• Mix a few drops of a mild, neutral soap (like regular dish soap or hand soap) with lukewarm water.

• Dampen a soft cloth or sponge in the solution, wring it out well, and gently wipe the mark.

• This is usually all it takes!

STEP 3: For Tougher Marks.
If the mark persists, dampen a soft cloth with a small amount of isopropyl alcohol (rubbing alcohol) or a non-abrasive, alcohol-based cleaner. Gently dab at the stain. Remember to test in a small area first!

STEP 4: Rinse and Dry.

• Use a clean cloth dampened with plain water to wipe off any soap or cleaner residue.

• Dry the area thoroughly with a clean, dry towel or let it air dry completely.
